Review by hotel critic
As a 36-year-old travel writer and beer enthusiast hailing from Canterbury, I cherish accommodations that blend comfort with local charm. During my recent city trip to Nafplio, I was delighted to discover a quaint hotel just two blocks from the picturesque port. My executive room featured a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of Palamidi Fortress and the clock tower, enhancing my experience. Access to modern amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV ensured my stay was comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast, a delightful spread of homemade dishes crafted by a lovely hostess who made every effort to ensure guests felt at home. Surrounded by vibrant shops, bars, and restaurants, this hotel perfectly encapsulated Nafplio's lively atmosphere. I left with fond memories and a desire to return—my experience was truly exceptional.
